Tutorials Board Rules Empty
PostSubject: Tutorials Board Rules   Tutorials Board Rules EmptySat Oct 24, 2009 4:33 am

Welcome to the tutorials board, the friendly place of guidance and help.

There are just a few rules i would like you to follow to keep this place tidy and organised:

Follow forum rules
You are expected to follow the general rules of the forum everywhere, here included.

No moves
This board is now used for tutorials on a wide range of things including art, techincal issues and common sense. I do not expect to see tutorials showing how to do a move on toribash, these threads belong in the game section of the forum. The only exception to this is if you are creating an indepth tutorial on techniques and/or advice in toribash. These threads may still be moved if they are more applicable elsewhere.

Requests
If you want to know how to do something and think it would be useful for you and others for someone to create a tutorial on the subject, feel free to post in the tutorial requests asking for the tutorial you want to be made. Do not, however, create a seperate thread which is a request, all requests should be put in the requests thread.

Duplicate tutorials
There are loads of pages of tutorials, so before you make a tutorial, please make use of the tutorials index and the search button to make sure that there isnt already a tutorial the same. If you make a tutorial similar to another, please make sure you have a good reason for making your tutorial i.e. if there is a important disctinction between your tutorial and the one in place.

Support issues
All support issues belong in the support section, and if any are found in here they will be moved into the support section.
